Antenna Orders
Antennas are a durable disposable item. They are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. It is recommended that antennas be replaced prophylactically every six months.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is provided free of charge for online orders. Orders will be sent via UPS Ground or the US Postal Service if the delivery address provided is a post office box.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for an additional $50. Orders placed for express delivery will be sent by UPS Red or Federal Express as appropriate. Every effort will be made to ship express orders on the day it is received.
Insurance Reimbursement
Generally speaking, antennas are reimbursable as durable medical equipment. Depending on your policy, prior authorization may be required. If a HCPCS code is requested, please use code E1399.
